Everything you've heard... it's all true...
We're in our new place, have hung our flag off the front of the house for all to see and salute, and are up to our eyeballs in preparation for a very very very very (did we say VERY?) busy summer.

Our hearts are aflutter after listening to our two newest releases on heavy rotation. first up, the new kill you in the face album "the mighty atlas" was released on may 20th. Next in linewas the new album, "electric and benevolent" from the extraordinaires, on june 19th. You asked for more music, and it's comin' straight atcha! both albums are available fordigital download via itunes and just about everywhere else people go online to buy music.

Everyone's about to leave town on a variety of tours, but when we all come back together...look out! We just threw the biggest, funnest, most outrageous show we"ve ever attempted with a prp extravaganza party-show at the first unitarian church in philadelphia on june 19^th with our b.f.f.s buffalo stance and brown mushroom! it was the official cd release party for the extraordinaires, and everyone had a great time.

After that shindig, the extraordinaires headed out on their first u.s. tour in a good long while, kill you in the face wenton their first u.s. tour as well, and lux perpetua hits the road for the first time in years this fall in support of his upcoming punk rock payroll release. though we'll be lonely without our boys here at prp hq, we know that you're excited to see them where you live/work/play!

NEW RECORD!! The Mighty Atlas is out now!!! Six BRAND NEW songs by us, Kill You in the Face. Now, as you all know, this wouldn't be a Punk Rock Payroll release if we didn't do some zany packaging. So The Mighty Atlas wasreleased as a PLASTIC TOY RAY-GUN with a usb drive in the handle. Each toy is cast by hand and hand painted, so no two are the same! The drive has all sorts of goodies on it! There's the music, there's a making of video, and there are comic book illustrations for each of the songs. The illustrations help to tell the tale of our antagonist, Atlas Telemon, and how his decisions are not only jeopardizing his family, but the entire planet! Alien invasions! Betrayal! Love! War! That's The Mighty Atlas! Good thing you have a ray-gun! A solo acoustic tour in August is coming up, complete with a brand new E.P., featuring songs from the upcoming full length "Hehbehbehdehbehbehdeh", coming out in October. A national tour with my very good friends The Invisible Hand will be happening in support of the release which will, undoubtedly, absolutely rule.
