Submitting Artwork

Please submit your artwork using the form on the left, or email to tees@punkrockpayroll.com with subject line 'Custom T-Shirt Order.'

We accept pdf (Adobe Acrobat), ai (Adobe Illustrator), eps (encapsulated postscript), or psd (Adobe Photoshop) formats. In some cases, a jpeg will be fine depending on the amount of detail in your artwork — We will let you know once we look at it for you.

Leave the layers in your artwork unlocked in case we need to manipulate your artwork.

Remember to name your art files something other than t-shirt artwork so we know which job is yours.

For the best result, send the highest resolution file possible (at least 300 dpi).

Art Approval, Payment and Shipping

Once we receive the art for your t-shirt in one of the formats listed above, we will evaluate your artwork and price your order based on the number of colors to print and type/quantity of t-shirt you have selected.

When we have the green light to begin production, we will send a payment request via Paypal, or if you would like to pay using another method other than Paypal just let us know.

Upon approval, and once we have worked out a payment method to begin your job, we can give you an estimated shipping date.

For international orders, please email tees@punkrockpayroll.com for a shipping quote.

There are a few factors that will impact the quote for your t-shirt order.

The first factor is the garment itself. We print on all types, brands, and sizes of t-shirts: American Apparel, Gildan, Hanes, Jerzees, etc. Depending on the style of garment, and the quantity you wish to order, blank garment prices will change. As a general rule, to receive a discount, you must order at least one dozen of a size/color/style to receive a quantity discount. {ex: 12 small yellow women's tees, 12 medium yellow men's tees}

The next factor is the number of colors on each shirt, which effects both screen charges and print charges. An image on the front of your shirt could be one possibility. As you add colors to the image {ex: a tree that is brown, green, and black is a three color image}, the price will increase slightly for every color you add. However, adding an image to the back of the shirt, in addition to the image on the front will essentially double the price of the print charges, as it is an entirely separate setup, and is like having two tee shirts in one.

The final factor is shipping, which is priced according to where the shirts are being delivered and your deadline.

Because there are so many variables, each quote is prepared to your specifications. Please email tees@punkrockpayroll.com for your quote!
